Warranty

All equipment has a 3-year mechanical warranty and 1-year electrical warranty. We also service our equipment outside warranty for a fee.

Damage done during shipping must be reported immediately. Write a description of the damage to the best of your ability on the delivery receipt and report the damage to the freight company and HCB 1-800-311-8962. E-mail digital pictures of the damage to tshirt@homecashbusiness.com. Once the claim is filed we will replace damaged products.

For malfunctioning and defective products e-mail digital pictures to tshirt@homecashbusiness so we may assess the problem and assist you in the most effective and efficient manner. If the product is defective we will replace it at no cost to you. International customers may be required to pay shipping. Our goal is to ensure you have reliable working equipment.
