Return Policy

You may return all unopened items purchased from HCB International Enterprises Inc within 7 days of the original delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Once an RMA number is issued you have two weeks to return the product. Failure to follow return procedure may result in additional fees. Shipping fees are not refundable. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Instructions
1) Call us 1-800-311-8962 or e-mail tshirt@homecashbusiness.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2) Have the Invoice number and name on the order ready.
3) Receive a Return Material Authorization number.
4) Ship the product to the address below with the RMA number within two weeks.
